Collections
The African American Studies collection is located mainly in Edward L. Doheny Jr. Memorial Library. The collection supports teaching and research for the undergraduate African American Studies degree as well as the Ph.D Program in American Studies & Ethnicity. The collection is multidisciplinary in nature and focuses on the historical, cultural, social and political experience of African Americans in the United States.
